Warranty and Technical Support
Warranty to Original Purchaser
All Magnatone amplifiers are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase from an authorized Magnatone dealer. To activate coverage, the original purchaser must register the product at magnatoneusa.com and upload a copy of the sales receipt within thirty days of purchase. Product registration is available under the Support section of the website.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies provided that the issue is not the result of normal wear, misuse, abuse, user error, shipping damage, tampering, circuit modification, improper voltage, improper tube installation (including incorrect tube orientation), spilled liquids, or repair attempts by the purchaser or a non-authorized service center. Any of these conditions will void the warranty.
Shipping and Service
The amplifier must be shipped to an authorized Magnatone service center in the original packaging, or packaging of equal quality, with freight paid by the purchaser. If the amplifier fails within the first thirty days of use, Magnatone will reimburse shipping costs to the purchaser, less any transaction fees.
Tubes and Reverb Tanks
Reverb tanks and tubes, including any related component failure caused by a defective tube, carry a ninety-day warranty and are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined above.

Warranty Support
The Magnatone technical department is available to assist dealers with warranty issues. Before any work is performed, dealers must contact Magnatone at tech@magnatoneusa.com with a brief description of the issue and a phone number for your service team.
Parts and Labor Coverage
For units under warranty, Magnatone will supply parts at no charge during the warranty period. One hour of warranty labor will also be covered at standard shop rates, provided we are contacted in advance. Any labor beyond one hour requires prior approval from Magnatone.
Warranty Registration
To maintain accurate records, dealers are asked to complete the warranty card with the customer at the time of sale and submit it to Magnatone by email or mail.
Returns and Shipping
All items returned to Magnatone must be shipped in their original box and packaging, and must be insured by the dealer.
International Dealers
If additional parts are required, reimbursement will be provided at wholesale dealer cost.
