The Starlite was introduced as a highly requested low-power amp that delivers classic American tone in a compact, vintage-styled package. With its single-ended 5 watt 6V6 design, the Starlite offers warm cleans, smooth breakup, and a lively feel that makes it perfect for backstage, studio work, rehearsals, or home playing.
A 12AX7 preamp tube shapes the classic voice of the amp, while the uniquely tuned tone control covers both Black Panel and Tweed-era responses, including a musical mid-cut below 12 o’clock. The negative feedback feature adds even deeper gain control, allowing the Starlite to move from clean sparkle to rich harmonic drive with ease. A custom 8-inch ceramic speaker made in the USA by WGS delivers a full, dimensional sound that exceeds expectations for a small combo, and the 8-ohm remote speaker jack opens the door to endless tonal options. Finished in vintage brown and gold cosmetics, the Starlite brings traditional Magnatone style to a truly portable format.
