- Customizations: We offer select custom visual and hardware appointments, including custom grill cloth, custom tolex, and custom hardware. Once a custom order is submitted and production begins, configurations cannot be altered or canceled.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Title
- Carrier & Fulfillment: Direct purchases are shipped using trusted carrier networks. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Magnatone USA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- International Orders: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and standard cross-border carrier fees. The recipient is responsible for fulfilling these local legal requirements upon delivery.
