The Purple Python cosmetic was designed in collaboration with Slash, drawing from his personal stage aesthetic and sense of detail. Hand-selected black and deep-purple snakeskin tolex, gold piping, and coordinated hardware create a finish that is bold without excess. A gold-anodized faceplate with Slash’s Skully emblem completes the design, carrying a unified visual identity across the Super Fifty-Nine M-80 and Baby M-80 while leaving each amplifier’s original circuit design untouched.

The Baby M-80 Purple Python edition pairs classic British crunch with a bold visual identity designed in collaboration with Slash. Finished in hand-selected black and deep-purple snakeskin tolex, deluxe gold piping, and coordinated hardware, the amp features a gold-anodized faceplate with Slash’s Skully logo. Compact and ultra-portable, this 12-watt amplifier delivers the same warm drive and responsive feel Slash has described as “the most kick-ass little combo I’ve ever played through.”
Beneath the exterior, the Baby M-80 is powered by NOS 6AQ5 pentode tubes producing 12 watts of warm, dynamic output. A 12AX7 preamp with LO and HI gain modes allows seamless movement from clean, articulate tones to smooth, saturated overdrive. A master volume maintains the amp’s natural character at any level, while an effects loop between the preamp and power sections preserves clarity when using pedals or external processors. Handbuilt in St. Louis under the guidance of engineer Obeid Khan, each Purple Python Baby M-80 ships with curated picks and stickers and is available as a 1×10 combo or head with matching cabinet loaded with a WGS ET10 speaker. It is a compact amplifier designed to balance portability, versatility, and a refined visual statement.
